Shipping, In-Store Pickup & Returns
IN-STORE PICKUP

All products on our website are available for in-store pick-up. Your order will be ready for pick-up within 48 hours, depending on our current stock at the time (but no later than 48 hours). *You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.*
SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship orders Monday through Friday and orders are typically ready for shipping within 48 hours of being received (depending on day of week, time, etc).
SHIPPING METHOD: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier.
SHIPPING RATES: We keep it simple. Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your package.
STANDARD (USPS): 2-5 days
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You may return any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery to our store for a full refund or exchange.
If the return/exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover shipping costs. We will send replacement item or refund to original purchase immediately when we hear from you.
If the return/exchange is not a result of our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once returned items are received at our store, we will then refund to original purchase or send exchanged item.
