SHIPPING
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship orders Monday through Friday, and orders are typically ready for shipping within 48 hours of being received (depending on day of week, time, etc).
SHIPPING METHOD: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS.
SHIPPING RATES: We keep it simple. Our shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your package.
SHIPPING TIMES (USPS): 2-5 days
IN-STORE PICKUP
All products on our website are available for in-store pick-up at our flagship location (1909 Greenville Avenue) or at our Grandscape location (5752 Granscape blvd.). Your order will be ready for pick-up within 48 hours, depending on our current stock at the time (but no later than 48 hours).
*You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
If you would like to pick an order up from one of our other locations, you can place your online order, select pick up at our Greenville location, and then email us at customerservice@bullzerk.com to let us know which location you would prefer. We will confirm the change and let you know when the order will be available at the new location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You may return any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery to our store for a full refund or exchange.
If the return/exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover shipping costs. We will send a replacement item or a refund for the original purchase immediately when we hear from you. This will not be valid on orders over 6 months old from the time of reaching out to us.
If the return/exchange is not a result of our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once returned items are received at our store, we will then refund the original purchase or send the exchanged item.
